FFNP provides an online directory and networking platform for freight forwarders and related logistics companies. We help members find and contact each other. We are not a freight forwarder, carrier or agent and we are not a party to any contract between members or between a member and a customer.
2. Verification and listings
We review documents submitted by applicants before approving a listing, but we do not guarantee the quality, reliability, financial standing or licensing of any member. You are responsible for carrying out your own due diligence before doing business with anyone found through the website.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your login details confidential and tell us promptly of any unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not submit false, misleading or unlawful information or documents.
- Do not send spam, harass others or use member contact details for purposes other than genuine business inquiries.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to the website.
5. Content you provide
You keep ownership of the content you submit. You give us a non-exclusive licence to display your approved company profile and logo in the directory and on the website for as long as you are a member.
6. Intellectual property
The website, its design, text and logos belong to Freight Forwarding Network Portal or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
7. Disclaimer
The website and information on it are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties, and we are not liable for losses arising from dealings between members, from reliance on directory information, or from interruptions of the website.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to the website is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or remove accounts or listings that breach these terms or the Membership Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the updated version. These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Freight Forwarding Network Portal is established, and the courts of that country have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
