These Membership Terms apply, together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, to companies that apply for or hold a membership with Freight Forwarding Network Portal.
1. Eligibility
Membership is open to registered freight forwarders, customs brokers, NVOCC operators, logistics service providers and related trade-service companies that can show valid business registration and, where applicable, the licences required to operate in their country.
2. Application and verification
- You must submit accurate company details and the requested documents (for example trade licence and freight-forwarding licence).
- We may ask for additional information and may approve or reject an application at our discretion. We will tell you the outcome by e-mail.
- Your company is listed in the public directory only after approval and while the membership is active.
3. Fees, renewal and refunds
Membership fees and duration are shown on the Membership page for each plan. Memberships end at the expiry date unless renewed. Refund and cancellation terms, if any, are those communicated to you by FFNP when you apply or pay.
4. Member obligations
- Keep your profile, contact details and licences accurate and up to date, and tell us if a licence lapses or is withdrawn.
- Respond to business inquiries professionally and use other members' details only for genuine business purposes.
- Comply with the laws that apply to your business, including customs, trade-sanctions and anti-corruption rules.
5. Directory display
You agree that the company information in your approved profile (name, logo, description, services, ports, locations and business contact details) is shown publicly in the member directory.
6. No endorsement
Membership is not an endorsement or guarantee by FFNP of a member's services, and members must not suggest otherwise. Members deal with each other at their own risk and responsibility.
7. Suspension and removal
We may suspend, hide or remove a membership or listing if information proves false, a required licence is no longer valid, fees are unpaid, or these terms are breached.
